We make every effort to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including pricing guidance and technical advice. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute a formal quotation or professional advice for your specific project.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting rates only. They vary with floor area, concrete condition, the preparation required, access and the coating system specified. A binding price is only given in a written quote issued after an on-site inspection. Written quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Works and scope
- The scope of work is as described in your written quote. Anything not listed is not included.
- Additional work identified once preparation begins — for example unexpected slab damage, moisture issues or hidden adhesive — will be quoted separately for your approval before it proceeds.
- You are responsible for clearing the work area and providing safe access, power and water unless otherwise agreed.
Curing and use
Coating cure times depend on temperature and humidity. As a general guide, floors are ready for foot traffic after approximately 24 hours and for vehicle traffic after 5–7 days. We confirm the specific timings for your floor at handover. Damage caused by using the floor before it has cured is not covered by warranty.
Warranty
Completed installations carry a warranty of 5–10 year depending on the system installed, as stated in your quote. The warranty covers delamination and coating failure arising from our workmanship or materials. It does not cover damage from impact, abrasion beyond normal use, chemical spills outside the specified resistance, structural movement or cracking in the underlying slab, or failure caused by moisture originating beneath the slab where a moisture barrier was declined. Warranty claims must be made in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote. A deposit may be required to secure a booking date, with the balance payable on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or mobilisation has begun may incur costs.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to re-performing the services or paying the cost of having them re-performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and the GoPoxy name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
