We specify a high-build system with the film thickness matched to your actual traffic, and key it into a properly ground slab so the load transfers into the concrete rather than peeling the coating off it.
Joints and cracks matter more here too. A warehouse slab is large, and it moves. Saw-cut control joints have to be filled with a semi-rigid filler that supports the joint edges against wheel impact — the most common failure we are called to repair is spalled joint edges where a coating was simply run across an untreated joint.
Line marking is applied within the system rather than painted over the top. Traffic lanes, pedestrian walkways, racking bays and hazard zones laid into the coating wear at the same rate as the floor, instead of scuffing off within months and needing constant repainting.
